The BC369G is a single-type bipolar junction transistor (BJT). It is normally used for amplification and switching applications.

The BC369G is an NPN type transistor with three leads. Two of the leads, the collector and the emitter, carry the current in the circuit, and the third lead, the base, controls the operation of the transistor. A small current applied to the base allows a large current to flow from the collector to the emitter.
