The BD8964FVM-TR is a member of ROHM’s High-Side Buck DC/DC Converter (DC/DC Buck Driver) series which are designed to drive high-side MOSFETs in low-voltage, high-current buck converter applications. The BD8964FVM-TR features a wide output current range of up to 5A and a wide input voltage range of up to 36V. It also features an integrated over-voltage protection circuit and non-latching over-current protection circuit.
