BLVR-L01D-B1NS-N pressure sensors are designed for use in industrial applications. They measure pressure in air or non-corrosive and compatible non-ionic liquids, with a measuring range of 0-300 PSI, with an accuracy of 0.2% and a sampling rate of 8 kHz. The sensors are constructed of stainless steel with a gold-plated connection for reliable measurements over a wide temperature range.
The BLVR-L01D-B1NS-N pressure sensor is a piezo-resistive pressure transducer that utilizes an outward-facing stainless steel diaphragm connected to a strain sensing element. The strain sensing element is composed of a metallic bridge of silicon or polysilicon resistor element. The bridge is enclosed in an oxygen-proof epoxy housing. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, it causes a strain in the sensing element that is detected by a Wheatstone bridge circuit, producing an electrical signal directly proportional to the applied pressure.
The Wheatstone bridge circuit provides temperature/pressure compensation to ensure accurate measurements. The bridge is connected to a high-resolution ADC (analog-to-digital converter) that converts the analog signal to a digital voltage output. The output can be used for further processing in microprocessor-based systems. The BLVR-L01D-B1NS-N transducer has a built-in signal conditioning and switching circuit that can provide signal amplification and buffering. This circuit enables the sensor to provide a the output signal in either a TTL or analog format.
