It also has a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V, and its bidirectional phase-shifted full-bridge architecture allows for bidirectional current flow.
The BQ24002RGWEVM operates in current mode control and offers a low output ripple voltage, low inductor current ripple, and fast transient response. Current mode control eliminates the need for loop compensation of the pulse width modulation controller, a feature that enhances design efficiency and decreases development time, making application of the module quicker and more convenient.
The evaluation module includes a comprehensive set of on-board LEDs, potentiometers, switches, and resistors for facilitating evaluation of the converter circuit and associated functionality. It also has an on-board USB-2 interface for software development and evaluation of the platform across a range of operating temperatures.
