Thyristors - TRIACs are a class of electronic switches that are extensively used in power applications. They are the most common type of thyristor used in the industry and are used to control the power of electrical systems. The BT137X-800, 127 is a Triac manufactured by STMicroelectronics, a leader in the development and production of discrete semiconductors and integrated circuits.
