The BZW04-11HR0G is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electrical or electronic equipment from voltage and electrical surges in automotive applications. This component is designed to withstand high reverse voltages up to 45V, withstanding transient currents of up to 4A. It can handle up to 3000W surge power dissipation.
