TVS - Diodes (Transient Voltage Suppressors, also referred to as "Transient Voltage Clamps") are devices used to protect sensitive electronic components from high voltage surges, spikes and transient electrical open-circuit conditions. The BZW04-23BHE3/73 device is an integrated TVS diode for telecommunication application developed by one of the world\'s leading Transient Voltage Suppressors manufacturer. It is designed for protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge withstanding up to 6.5KV or 8KV (depending on the exact model variant).

The BZW04-23BHE3/73 TVS diode is available in an 8-pin Dual-In-Line (DIP) package and is designed to protect 2 pairs of input and output signal lines of balanced low voltage differential signals (LVDS) and symmetry serial digital interfaces (SDI).
