TVS - Diodes are transient voltage suppressor diodes which are used to protect any kind of electronic circuit for overvoltages. It is a form of power protection and is generally connected to the ground of the circuit, to be effective against surge events. BZW04-40BHB0G is a type of TVS - Diodes.
