The CAT803MSDI-GT3 is a high performance, low power three-phase motor drive integrated circuit that delivers exceptional system cost savings for 3-phase motor control applications. It has been designed to simplify and reduce the complexity of 3-phase motor control designs. The CAT803MSDI-GT3 is suitable for controlling medium and high power AC induction motors, stepper motors, DC brush motors and brushless DC motors. The device integrates a flexible speed control algorithm based on PI control, as well as a smooth PWM modulation generation engine.
