The CAX803ZTBI-T3 is a 3-channel reset generator with advanced features and high temperature performance designed to support mission-critical industrial applications. The CAX803ZTBI-T3 is designed to provide a reliable solution for reset and power-on sequence control in power management and security applications. The device includes three reset generators that can provide adjustable delay times based on a single external resistor. The reset duration for each channel is separately configurable and can be independently delayed from the other two channels. The reset generators are programmable from 0.5ms to 10s with a wide range of temperature range from -40°C to 125°C. The reset output are also protected from transient abnormal supply voltages using on-chip protection diodes.
The CAX803ZTBI-T3 also includes a Reset_Active signal for each reset channel and can be used to gain insight into system status. In addition, this device provides an additional reset signal (Reset_Monitor) which is asserted after the active reset period is complete. It also provides an adjustable reset threshold voltage (V_reset) which can be used to trigger reset under abnormal power conditions.
