The CBPFS-0902 has passband and stopband characteristics in the range of 800 to 900 MHz and 850 to 925 MHz respectively. Its input/output port impedance is typically 50 Ω. The insertion loss is within 3 dB and the return loss is above 10 dB. The filter also exhibits an out-of-band rejection of 60 dB. The IDTs of the filter have a metal line width of 5 um with a metal line spacing of 10 um, and a substrate thickness of 0.64 mm. The substrate material used is a BeO ceramic.
