CDB6109-1 Evaluation and Demonstration Boards and Kits are designed for professionals in industries requiring high-performance data and computing applications. The board consists of the 28nm advanced production chiplets Xilinx Kintex UltraScale and ARM Cortex-A9, 25 Gb/s transceiver, a temperature sensor, a USB2.0 port, and Gigabit Ethernet port. The power itself is generated from a DC/DC powered AC adapter or from an external USB port. An integrated heatsink cooling system will ensure steady temperature during operation.

The core architecture of the CDB6109-1 evaluation board is based on the advanced technological processes of the 28nm CMOS devices. It includes a 8-bit IBM PowerPC chip, two IBM Xilinx Microblaze 32-bit processors, and two ARM Cortex-A9 processors. The on-board RAM is 512MB, with 4GB DDR3 memory and 1TB external flash.
