The CDBQR54 is a P-N junction rectifier that has several features making it a great option for many applications. It has low electrical noise, fast switching speed, and it’s RoHS compliant. As such, it’s great option for applications requiring these qualities.

One of the most popular applications for the CDBQR54 is in DC (direct current) power supplies. Power supplies take in an AC (alternating current) voltage and convert it to a fixed DC voltage.
