CDCS502PWR is a low-cost clock/timing device that provides a highly stable frequency source for a wide range of applications. It is a Clock Generator, PLL, and Frequency Synthesizer that provides precise frequency stability over temperature, voltage and process variation. The CDCS502PWR is best suited for applications such as telecom, industrial control, MIL-STD-1553, optical networks and timing systems.

The CDCS502PWR provides precise frequency synthesis based on two synthetic methods–Divide-by-N and Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS). The Divide-by-N mode has a wide frequency range from 2.5 Hz to 200 MHz and provides both precise frequency stability and extended Phase Noise attenuation. The DDS mode can provide a much wider frequency range up to 1.4 GHz. In both modes, the CDCS502PWR is designed to provide very low jitter and can be used to generate and maintain stable oscillator frequencies.

The CDCS502PWR is an optimal clock/timing solution for applications that require precise frequency stability, low jitter, and expanded frequency coverage. It offers an low-cost and low-power solution for applications in high-speed telecom, industrial control, MIL-STD-1553, optical networks, and timing systems. The CDCS502PWR has a wide range of operation, allowing it to be used in a variety of applications.
