CDLL1A80

CDLL1A80 is a chip-style rectifier diode which can work as a full-wave rectifier or as an ORing diode. It has a variety of usages in a wide range of applications, ranging from telecommunication and automotive to power conversion circuits. This diode is particularly useful in medium-power applications with a maximum reverse voltage of 80V and a continuous forward current of 1A.
