CDLL5239A

The CDLL5239A is a Zener single diode designed for switching, catching and inverter applications. It is widely used in telecommunications, consumer electronics and computers for level detection, voltage clamping and voltage regulation.

The CDLL5239A is a high-efficiency, high-temperature-resistant, low-brightness-gain, single-stage Zener diode.
