CDLL3032A Application Field and Working Principle

The CDLL3032A is a high-efficiency, low-voltage, medium-level and medium-voltage Zener diode, mainly used in low-level signal clamping circuit and voltage reference in medium-speed circuits. It is also widely used in radio frequency amplifiers, clamp circuits, television circuits, linear circuits, power management and automotive circuits.

The working principle of CDLL3032A Zener diode is simple - when the external voltage on the diode and the current through the diode reach a certain level, the diode will start to cut off and the voltage will stay constant.
