Working Principle:

CDLL4898A operates in a reverse-bias condition, meaning that the anode is at a higher voltage than the cathode. When there is an increase in voltage or current, the device begins to conduct current, allowing the device to regulate the voltage and/or current in the circuit. The device has a low forward voltage drop of 0.3V (at very low currents), and is able to respond quickly to changes in the circuit\'s voltage or current.

The device also has a high level of immunity to noise, making it well-suited to applications in which high levels of noise are present. As the current increases, the device\'s forward voltage drop increases, thereby limiting the current that can be passed through the device.

The device is able to dissipate a maximum power of 0.2W, and has a maximum reverse voltage of 95V.
