CDLL5245 Application Field and Working Principle

Working Principle
The main working principle of a Zener diode or CDLL5245 is reverse-bias breakdown. When the diode is connected to a reverse bias voltage, a low current flows through the diode. At this point, the voltage across the diode remains constant, and a large current can flow through the diode. This is termed as the Zener breakdown voltage.
