CDLL5268A application field and working principle

The CDLL5268A is a single Zener diode often used in a variety of different applications such as power supplies, battery protection devices, overvoltage protection, general circuit protection and voltage regulation.

CDLL5268A zeners offer a wide range of operating temperature ranges and low reverse leakage current.
