A CDSOD323-T24 is a two-terminal, monolithic bilateral breakdown voltage regulator. It is a type of transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode, designed to protect electronic circuits from transient overvoltage spikes. It has a flat, hermetically sealed TO-252 package with a maximum reverse current (I R ) rating of typically40 μAat 8/20 μs pulse.
