CFRM104-HF Application Field and Working Principle

CFRM104-HF diodes are general purpose rectifying diodes that are used in a wide range of applications. Generally, a diode is an electrical component which conducts electric current in one direction only, the reverse polarity being blocked. In reverse biased condition, only a very small leakage current is allowed. In forward biased current, the diode is capable of conducting large current.

TheCFRM104-HF is a single rectifying diode primarily used in low-power rectification. The device is made up of a PN junction and two external electrodes, the anode and the cathode. The current flow through the device is determined by the voltage applied across the anode and the cathode.
