Gas Discharge Tube Arresters (GDT) are essential components which are used to protect electrical equipment and personnel from indirect lightning-induced surges as well as other transient over-voltages. The CG2470LS is a tubular gas-filled arrestor which combines superior disruptive ratings with excellent surge transmission performance. This arrester is composed of an aluminium housing, an insulator spacer, and an internal spark gap comprised of two electrodes.
The CG2470LS has a number of application fields.
