CGRM4001-G is a general purpose silicon rectifier with integrated guardring for overvoltage protection. It is a single-phase, silicon series connection device that is mostly used for general purpose and Hobbyist applications.
The CGRM4001-G is capable of rectifying power and currents up to 400V and 1.0A respectively. These rectifiers are composed of four branches: Anode, Cathode, Guardring, and Leadframe.
