It is available in capacitance values of 3.3uF and 6.3uF, rated voltage of 63V, and 5mm x 7mm LxW (without terminals).[1]The CGS103T300X5R capacitor is used in a wide range of applications, including protection circuits, audio amplifiers, memory systems, and power supplies.
