The CKRB6020-10 is a kind of Solid State Relay (SSR) which is an electronic switch that utilizes the lightning characteristics of silicon controlled rectifiers to provide control over high voltage and/or high current in AC circuits. Working Principle

The CKRB6020-10 SSR utilizes a pair of metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) as a control element, and a zero-cross switching logic circuit for its switching control. The internal zero-cross switching circuit is designed for high speed switches with a low power consumption, typically 15mA. The switching circuit senses the zero-crossing point of the AC voltage and makes sure the SSR is open or closed at this point in order to minimize EMI (electromagnetic interference) and RFI (radio-frequency interference). Once the zero-crossing detection circuit is triggered, the voltage across the MOSFETs is changed from “off” to “on”. As the MOSFETs are placed in the switching circuit, the switching circuit then behaves as an on-off switch.
