CMG06 (TE12L, Q, M) is a type of diodes & rectifiers called single. The working principle of the CMG06 diodes & rectifiers is based on a three layer semiconductor structure. The first layer is a positive side p-n junction, and the second layer is the n-type semiconductor and the third layer is the cathode. When voltage is applied across the diode, a current flows through the structure, with the forward current in the direction of the diode\'s arrow (from Anode to Cathode). The amount of current that flows is limited by the voltage of the diode and the forward current is known as the forward bias. The reverse current, on the other hand, flows in the opposite direction, from Cathode to Anode and is known as reverse bias. This reverse bias is not allowed and will be blocked by the diode, so effectively, the current is limited to only one direction.
