CMHZ5261B TR application field and working principle

The CMHZ5261B TR is a single zener diode implemented in a plastic encapsulated, conventional dual-in-line(DIP) package. Zener diodes have the ability to regulate and maintain a given voltage level. The CMHZ5261B TR has a high-reliability breakdown voltage of 5.1V. In addition, it is able to drive up to 250mA in reverse bais condition.
