The CMOZ20L TR is a high power surface mount Zener diode designed for industrial and medical applications. It has low thermal resistance, low noise, and surpasses reliability tests in both surge voltage and current.

The diode consists of a layered construction consisting of a P-L type termination and a Ni barrier layer. It is made with coating a Ni layer and stored in an inert atmosphere.
