Common Mode Chokes are devices which are part of the electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection and feature a combination of high inductance, low resistance and low capacitance. This type of device is used primarily to reduce EMI noise in a broad range of applications. Common Mode Chokes can be used to reduce noise on power supplies, data lines, bus lines and other circuit areas, but they are also used in various other applications where an appropriate protection against radiation is needed.

The CMS1-6-R is a shielded common mode filter choke, designed to provide high-performance EMI suppression in various types of applications.
