Working Principle of CPDQC3V3T-HF

CPDQC3V3T-HF is unidirectional TVS Diode Array, composed of 2 suppressed diode and 4 bilateral diodes for protection against positive or negative voltage transients. When the high-frequency signal on the data line rises above or goes below the normal working level, the corresponding diode(s) will begin to conduct current, clamping the signal and diverting it to the ground.

When there is a high-frequency signal on the data line, the four bilateral diodes effectively prevent this signal from being passed through the device.
