Thyristors - SCRs
A CS19-12HO1 is a type of thyristor, also known as an SCR – Silicon Controlled Rectifier. SCRs are a type of semiconductor power switching device, capable of controlling higher currents and voltages than regular semiconductors, hence they are widely used in the industry.
