CY24900ZXC is an integrated clock generator, phase-locked loop (PLL), frequency synthesizer designed for various clock tree applications for data processing and transmission. It is most suitable for use in wireless local area networks (WLAN), wireless personal area networks (WPAN), and digital audio applications. The device consists of a 25 MHz reference oscillator, a PLL, and two output drivers.
The output drivers are designed to be used as clock drivers for high-speed digital data transmission and reception. The two outputs can be programmed for various clock formats, including differential LVCLK, single-ended LVCLK and SSCO, and SDC. The CY24900ZXC supports operating temperatures range of -40°C to 85°C and high-speed data transmission rates of up to 40 MHz. It operates at low voltage levels (1.7 – 3.6V) and is EMI- and ESD- immune, making it suitable for use in industrial and automotive applications.
