CYRF6936-XC is a Radio Frequency processor integrated circuit (IC) designed by Cypress. It is an extremely low power, RF compatible standard, used in applications such as low-power wireless systems, smart meters, remote controls, security systems, digital TV and remote control applications. It enables miniaturization, thus reducing cost and space requirements for wireless applications, thus enhancing the advantages of wireless systems.

The CYRF6936-XC is based on a CMOS (complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor) process.
