CZRB3005-G

The CZRB3005-G is a Zener single diode with reverse voltage ratings up to 55V and nominal powers up to 1W. This product features an ultra-low leakage current of 1.5uA and a high junction temperature rating of 150°C with an operating temperature range of -40°C to + 150°C.
