DC188A-B Evaluation Board is a tool used in the modelling, simulation, development, and testing of offline switch-mode power supplies (SMPS). With its integrated SMPS controller and intelligent power control solutions, the DC188A-B is suitable for the development of traditional offline SMPS and of high efficiency, highly accurate, and reliable power supplies.

The DC188A-B Evaluation Board is designed to enable users to understand the basic theory and concepts of AC/DC, DC/DC, and especially the relevant Buck, Boost, and Flyback converter applications. This evaluation board offers many functions such as output voltage, peak efficiency, low ripple current, high speed dynamic response, protection and parameter setting, thorough detection and feedback.

In order to ensure minimum power loss and high efficiency, the DC188A-B board adopts advanced high frequency MOSFET technology. The circuit is optimized based on sophisticated control algorithms. The MOSFET\'s linearity and temperature are taken into account to allow precise output voltage control and accurate power control. The DC188A-B also features thermal protection and overload protection.

The DC188A-B board works by providing a controlled and precise output voltage.
