The DDZ9717T-7 is a series of single breakover voltage zener diodes manufactured by Diodes Inc. Others in this series include DDZ9715T-7 and DDZ9718T-7. These diodes are silicon planar devices available in SOT-23, SOT-223, DO-35 and TO-92 packages, with a total power dissipation of 350 mW (50 mW for the TO-92 package).

The maximum forward voltage of the DDZ9717T-7 is 1.0V with a maximum operating temperature of +125℃ and a junction temperature of +150℃. The peak surge current is 1 A (2/10ms). Units use gold and aluminum metals and have a molded green body.
