Working Principles

The DG408CY+ is a single-channel non-inverting MUX / DEMUX. It has two logic control inputs, A and B, that control the state of the MUX / DEMUX allowing it to select either one of the two analog input signals. The device also contains a level shifting circuit which allows the two analog input signals to be different levels. This can be used to interface between two different logic interfaces or to protect signals from ESD and latch-up risks.
