The DG441CJ+ is an analog switch, multiplexer and demultiplexer with many advantageous abilities and functions. This component is used in a wide range of applications in the audio, video, and communication industries. It is ideal for PLL applications, analog signal routing, instrumentation, power supply and multiplexing applications, and more.

The DG441CJ+ features two dual SPST analog switches and four 1-of-4 SP4T analog multiplexers/demultiplexers. This component is designed for signals with an input common mode range of 0V to 5.5V, and may be operated over an extended temperature range up to 105°C. Maximum off-state leakage current is typically less than 10µA at 25°C and can be further reduced by a series resistor.

The two differential analog switches offer a low on-state resistance of less than 0.5Ω and extremely low off-state leakage current. The four multiplexers/demultiplexers provide high off-damping attenuation to reduce crosstalk; with jumper selectable input/output configurations. These capabilities allow the DG441CJ+ to offer superior performance in audio, video, and communication applications.

The DG441CJ+ is designed to be a power efficient solution. It features low-voltage level control that allows the analog switch and multiplexer/demultiplexer on-state voltage to be reduced to 1.65 V minimum.
