DNK1101M-TR

DNK1101M-TR is a highly precise electric flowmeter, it combines sensor technology, fieldbus technology and flow control technology together, and it is widely used in energy-saving, pressure loss estimating, closed-loop control and current measurement. The DNK1101M-TR application field includes power plants, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, municipal engineering, food industry, beverage industry, and other related fields. Working principle of the DNK1101M-TR can be divided into three parts: signal acquisition, signal output, then the digital signal is collected and analyzed by the equipment. In the signal acquisition part, the DNK1101M-TR mainly contains a differential pressure transmitter, a temperature transmitter, and two small signal wires. The differential pressure transmitter obtains the differential pressure signal from the outlet of the pipeline. The temperature transmitter is installed at the inlet and outlet, and the two small signal wires are connected to the upstream pressure and downstream pressure nodes respectively. The signal acquired by this part will be measured and converted into a square wave signal, then transmitted to the signal output part. In the signal output part, a pulse signal will be generated by response to the square wave signal. This pulse signal can regulate the flow velocity of the line, controlling the precision of the flowmeter within 0.2%, thus providing safety data and information to the equipment. The digital signal is collected and analyzed by the computer. Based on the data collected, the system can analyze the errors so as to control the flow velocity of the pipe to meet the requirements of accuracy and speed. This part includes three stages of flow measurement, namely, measurement of the pressure, temperature, and flow. By combining the three signals, the accuracy of the flow meter will be increased steadily and accurately. Finally, the DNK1101M-TR is an integrated flowmeter with high precision, it can accurately measure the flow velocity of the pipe and provide precise data for various application fields.
