DNK1111C-TR is a type of transceiver module used for local area network (LAN) and metropolitan area network (MAN). Developed by DARFON Electronics Corporation, the product is an industrial-grade communication device suitable for applications such as industrial automation, monitoring, surveillance, and remote access.

DNK1111C-TR operates in Wi-Fi 802.11ac Wave 2 protocol, offering speeds of up to 867Mbps. It has an industrial RF connector (SMA) and is designed to enable reliable connections with long ranges of up to 500 meters outdoors and 200 meters indoors. The module is also designed with a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for deployment in extreme temperature environments.

On the hardware side, DNK1111C-TR is equipped with a Qualcomm QCA9886 chip, which supports the 2x2 MiMO connection to enhance signal strength. There is also a built-in antenna for transmitting/receiving wireless signals. The module contains two LED indicators for monitoring its status, showing green for successful connection and red for no connection. Additionally, the module comes with a 24-pin pin header for connecting different I/O signals such as antenna ports, LAN ports and General Purpose Input/Output (GPIO) lines.

In terms of network security, DNK1111C-TR supports the use of transmission control protocol (TCP) along with a variety of advanced encryption techniques including wireless equally private (WEP), Wi-Fi protected access (WPA), Wi-Fi protected access II (WPA2) and the latest Wi-Fi protected access 3 (WPA3) for secure wireless communication. Other features include support for IEEE 802.1q and 802.1x for authentication of users, devices and services on the network.
