DRF1202 Application Field and Working Principle

Working Principle
The DRF1202 is used to control power paths in the system, activating and deactivating power sources as required. It does this using the integrated MOSFET technology that is built into the device. The integrated MOSFETs are P-channel in the positive rail and N-channel in the negative rail, and are controlled by three logic lines.
