DS28E22Q+T is an all-in-one solution for an I2C, 1-Wire interface and cryptographic application. It combines a unique One Time Programmable (OTP) memory, I2C with 1-Wire bridge and integrated SHA-256 cryptographic engine for authenticating valuable data and messages. It is a stand-alone device that requires no external components and provides a secure, low-cost solution for authenticating a device or its data.

Memory:

DS28E22Q+T has a unique, One Time Programmable (OTP) memory. This memory is a non-volatile memory which stores user-programmed data and is locked when programming is completed. The device only accepts programming once thus providing a secure, non-volatile memory solution. The memory is programmed using a proprietary programming algorithm and can be used to store authentication data such as passwords, serial numbers, product codes, and other valuable data.

I2C and 1-Wire Bridge:
