DSC2033FI2-F0038T is a 24-pin 12.5mmx20mm oscillator of the HCut series. It is a 3.3V PECL oscillator with ±75, ±50 and  ±25 stability available, and an output frequency from 1Mhz to 50Mhz. The low EMI options are -P7 and -P76.

The DSC2033FI2-F0038T oscillator defines three operation conditions:
