The DSI30-08AC is a single diode designed to rectify both single-phase and three-phase power supply systems from 50 Hz to 400 Hz. The DSI30-08AC has a maximum forward current of 30A with for going power losses of 1.2W at 10A. It has a very low reverse voltage of 1.0V and a maximum operating temperature of 155°C. It also has a built-in temperature sensor which can be monitored by a thermistor. It also has an external inductor for higher power efficiency.
