DSTF3045C is a three-terminal, 45A Schottky rectifier that can handle the power up to 200V and offer a low forward voltage drop of 0.45V. The three terminals of the DSTF3045C allow it to be connected to the power source through a reverse-blocking Schottky diode array, which can provide high-speed switching and protection against voltage transients.The working principle of DSTF3045C is based on two distinct processes: avalanche breakdown and electron flow.
