Aluminum electrolytic capacitors, commonly known as “aluminum capacitors”, are energized capacitors. These capacitors are made of insulating materials such as paper, film, etc., surrounded by two metal electrodes. The electrodes are usually aluminum foil and aluminum alloy sprayed with oxide film. In the effect of electric field, electrons are concentrated on the surface of the oxide film, forming double electric layer with electric charges on both sides, thus forming capacitance.The particular EEE-FK1A330AR application field is mainly in power supplies, standard circuits, switching circuits, different field-effect transistor circuits, computer motherboard peripheral components, and electronic appliances. This provides the reliability, high currents and a low ESR which is essential for the successful operation of the circuit.The principle of operation of the EEE-FK1A330AR aluminum electrolytic capacitor is that within a given capacitor, there are two electrodes that are separated by an insulating material (electrolyte), and the electrical components of the capacitor are the conductive electrolyte, the metal oxide film, and two metal electrodes. This metal oxide film serves as the dielectric and the electrons from the metal electrodes cause a build up of charges on the oxide film. This creates an electric field that is stored between the metal oxide film and the two metal electrodes, thus forming a capacitor.This capacitor takes advantage of the high surface area of the aluminum foil, which is sprayed with an oxide film to make the electrodes, thus increasing its capacitance. When the two electrodes of the capacitor are connected to the poles of an external voltage source, electrons from the anode side of the aluminum capacitor are injected into the oxide layer while electrons from the cathode side are drawn out of the oxide layer, thus forming a capacitor with positive and negative charges on each side. This creates an electric field which is stored between the metal oxide film and the metal electrodes, thus forming a capacitor.When connected to a power source, the EEE-FK1A330AR capacitors can store the electric energy, and will then be able to discharge it when the current of the power source reduces, thus smoothing out the wave points of the power source. This is one of its most important applications. In addition, these capacitors also have the function of causing phase shift between two strong electric waves or circuits, and also serve as a filter to reduce AC components in circuits.The EEE-FK1A330AR aluminum electrolytic capacitors, due to their superior construction and reliability, are widely used in many different electronics and electrical devices, including consumer electronics, medical devices, instrumentation and control, and power supplies and so on.
