Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are special capacitors in which a thin layer of anodic oxide formed by electrolytic oxidation acts as the dielectric layer. Its application field and working principle can be reflected by EET-HC2E391HA.EET-HC2E391HA is an axial leaded high capacitance aluminum electrolytic capacitor with negative lead. This series capacitors are constructed with aluminum anode and cathode plates and a manganese dioxide/electrolyte system. It is mainly used to filter, couple, bypass, and provide phase splitting functions; as well as signal acting, spike absorption, boost function, etc. It shows long useful life, high operating temperature and stable performance.The working mechanism of EET-HC2E391HA consists of two different parts: the anode and cathode. At the anode, the aluminum foil is oxidized to form an insulating layer of aluminum oxide. This oxide layer bears charges and thus acts as a dielectric for the capacitor. The aluminum oxide layer forms a two-dimensional electrical field across itself. At the cathode, the manganese dioxide must be wet with the electrolyte and other impurities. As electrons flow between the anode and cathode, a double layer of ions forms. Circulating in the electrolyte and forming the electric field is the positive and negative ions that make up the capacitance.In summary, EET-HC2E391HA application field mainly involves filtering, coupling, bypassing, and providing phase splitting functions; as well as signal acting, spike absorption, boost function, etc. Its working principle consists of two parts, namely, anodes and cathodes, which form a double layer across the oxide layer and electrolyte respectively.
