Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are widely used in the fields of electronics, instrumentation and automation. The main application field of EEU-FC0J101B contains broadly in computer, consumer electronics and industrial control. There are three forms of aluminum electrolytic capacitor terminals: lead-type, spring type and snap-in type, depending on the application. It is a vertical, non-polarized capacitor with a rated voltage of 10V and a capacitance of 1000μF.

EEU-FC0J101B is made up of three components: an electrolyte, an anode, and a cathode. The electrolyte is a solution of sulfuric acid and contains aluminum salts, like aluminum sulfate. The anode is a thin sheet of aluminum foil, while the cathode is usually a plastic film with a coating of activated carbon. When the capacitor is connected to an electrical current, an electrochemical reaction takes places at the anode and cathode. At the anode side, the aluminum foil is oxidized, releasing electrons into the electrolyte solution. At the cathode side, the activated carbon coating on the plastic film adsorbs electrons from the electrolyte, forming an electric field between the anode and cathode. This creates the electrical charge necessary for the capacitor to store energy.

EEU-FC0J101B operates in two modes. First, the capacitor can act as a high-pass filter, allowing any high-frequency signals to pass through while filtering out any low-frequency signal. This can be used to improve the signal quality of the signal input. Secondly, the capacitor can also act as a low-pass filter, allowing any low-frequency signals to pass through while filtering out any high-frequency signal. This can be used to reduce noise and improve signal integrity.
