EEU-TP1E511 aluminum electrolytic capacitors are a type of electrolytic capacitor with tinned anode foil and copper-clad aluminum substrate as the cathode substrate, with a cross-sectional area of 25x20 mm, making them one of the larger electrolytic capacitors available. This capacitor is mainly applied in the power electronics fields, and provides reliable energy storage performance in unstable AC or DC power conditions that require energy storage or filtering. Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are an important form of non-polarized capacitor components that work through a thin solid electrolyte membrane. This membrane forms an electrical field between two thin dissimilar metal plates, and water molecules composed of hydrogen and oxygen in the electrolyte act as charge carriers. The capacitor stores energy through the electrochemical polarization of its dielectric, and provides a variety of advantages for power electronics applications, such as relatively high capacitance in a compact form factor, long life, excellent self-healing properties, and an ability to withstand temperature changes. Its main applications include filtering, smoothing, buffering, and reverse-polarity protection in AC/DC converters, switch-mode power supply, power-line communications, and the measurement and control sectors.The working principle of EEU-TP1E511 aluminum electrolytic capacitor is based on the electrochemical reaction between aluminum and electrolytic liquid, creating a dielectric film between the two electrodes. During the electrolytic process, a solid oxide film forms on the aluminum electrode, resulting in an insulation layer that is both conductive and capacitive. In addition, the thin oxide layer that forms on the aluminum electrode has a much lower series resistance (ESR) than other capacitors, which allows for a higher capability for energy storage and operation under higher temperatures.The EEU-TP1E511 aluminum electrolytic capacitor has a higher rated temperature range than other standard aluminium electrolytic capacitors, and can work efficiently in a temperature range of -40℃ to +105℃. It has a high dielectric strength and features a ripple current withstand capability of 3A or better, with capacitance values up to 10000µF and rated voltage range up to 400V. Additionally, the low ESR of the product ensures low power loss and high efficiency while operating in DC, AC, or pulse waveform environments.
